i was wandering around Paris 1900 in this dress by !!WigWamBam today~ This lovely dress is called RougeNoir – im currently in love with stripes (lol remember my teddy bears? 
) and the skirt is pretty well-done in terms of textures. and if you’re looking for something neat and sweet but not too much, you can go for this one really ^^ prim skirt may need some adjustments and tinting according to your windlight setting, but it wouldn’t take lots of time
